Return policy and warranty information
All products from Spetton USA, LLC have a full, no quibble guarantee. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase simply fill out the returning form sent with the order and mail the item back to us unused and in original condition within 14 days of reception for a full merchandise cost refund including our shipping charge (customer will only be responsible for the returning shipping cost).
Shipping charges when exchanging for a different size will be customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.
All goods are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against faulty materials and workmanship. This does not include wear and tear, accidental damage or abuse.
